Can I open the account if I don't have courier documents?
Yes, you can open the account and return to it later to upload the documents. If your parcel is delivered by UPS, DHL or FedEx, we can obtain courier documents on your behalf.

Do I have to give my bank account information?
Yes. We know that bank account information is confidential and understand your concern. We follow a strict data policy and only need the bank account information to transfer the refund.

Can I check the status of my claim?
You can easily check the status of your claim(s) by visiting ‘list of claims’ on your Duty Refunds account. But if you have any further questions about your claim, you can get in touch with a member of team via live chat. We’re available Monday-Friday between 1-5pm.
