How do I submit a claim?

You can get started with your claim on our Duty Refunds website. You’ll need proof of return/refund from the seller and import tracking number to get started.

You can also send us these documents to our inbox - contact@dutyrefunds.co.uk and we we’ll happily proceed with the claim on your behalf!
